The vows of Guang Shih Yin P'u Sa are indeed profound.   With her heart of compassion and her power of wisdom, she avails herself to the prayers of sentient beings.  Regardless of where we are, she never fails in granting thousands of calls for help and manifests herself in appropriate forms.  She teaches and enlightens sentient beings accordingly, thereby ridding them of their worries and sufferings of Samsara (the cycle of birth and death).  Like the ferry that rescues afflicted beings to the other shore, this sanctuary of Guang Shih Yin P'u Sa has become known as the Salvation Paradise.
